Mastery Protocol
1. The Integrated Suite (Daily Checklist)
Mastery is the synchronization of biochemistry and mechanical load. Follow this chronological flow for maximum morphological change.
Phase 01: The Priming Window
- Nutrient Loading: Consume the 15-Nutrient Matrix 60 mins prior to load.
- Vascular Drive: Use TENS/EMS for neurovascular recruitment.
- Thermal Prep: Apply Heat (40-42°C) + Red/IR Light for 15 mins.
Phase 02: The Trigger Event
- Collagen Trigger: Primary traction/mechanical load (Trigger Phase).
- Reperfusion: 5-minute cycle releases to flood tissue with nutrients.
- Girth Bias: Follow traction immediately with a synthesis pump session.
2. Permanent Stability (The 8-Hour Window)
Growth occurs in the Deposition Phase. You must maintain the structural scaffold for 6-8 hours post-session to prevent elastic recoil.
Maintenance Tension
Light stretches and low-pressure pump cycles (10-60 mins) to stabilize synthesis.
Internal Pressure
Induce erections 2-3 times during this window to provide a biological scaffold.
3. Data Mastery & SOP
Use the following Engineering SOP to track the daily feedback loop of the protocol.
T-60m: Nutrient Matrix + TENS Recruitment
Active: Traction Load + Reperfusion Cycles
Bias: Synthesis Pump Expansion
Scaffold: Light Stretch + 10-60m Pump Cycles
Nightly: Red/IR Light + TENS Maintenance
Recovery: 7.5hr+ GH-Optimized Sleep
Critical Biometric: If morning tissue feels Restricted or "Woody", abort the Trigger Phase. Perform only Thermal Dynamics and Reperfusion for 24 hours.
